Project Overview
This site and its contents is a collaborative effort between the Health Care Sector Council and industry and community stakeholders. Funding is provided by Labour and Advanced Education Employment Nova Scotia. Its function is to maintain a sustainable resource to support human resource planning, labour market integration and workforce development in the Nova Scotia health care sector. The resources found here will aid potential employees in discovering a career within the health sector and to serve as a HR resource for employers. Through such tools as defined HR pathways, including government, educational and regulatory requirements to employer recruitment and integration materials to support individual work settings the needs of both the employee and employer are sure to be met.
